When you place an order with PUSHPA, you are automatically signed up on our email list, or you may sign up for the email list independently as well. Periodically, we send an PUSHPA newsletter to members on our e-mail list. The newsletter features news about jewelry, new product offerings, and seasonal specials. We do not make our mailing list available to other companies. Customer may opt out of our emails at any time.
Opting out of email
You can ask to be taken off the email list at any time by sending a request to info@pushpa.com. You may click here to unsubscribe via our contact us form and selecting the "Unsubscribe me from PUSHPA Specials" in the pull down. In addition, every PUSHPA.com email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the promotion for instant list removal.

Another of our personal service is access to our Expert Jewelry Advisor, our jewelry expert with over 20 years of experience as a top jewelry designer and merchandiser. You may contact our Jewelry Expert by e-mail click here and she will do her best to answer all your questions.
We will use the e-mail address you provide to answer your questions, or to respond to your requests for service. Your email address is not used for any other purpose, and we do not share our members or visitors e-mail addresses with other companies.
How long will I have to wait for a refund?
The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded.
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous. PUSHPA is always trying to enhance its site to meet your needs. Many registered members sign up for our PUSHPA Focus Group. As a member of the Focus Group, you can directly share opinions regarding, among other things, product offerings, special promotions, and policies. Members volunteer additional demographic and other information, so that we can better meet your needs and further personalize service. PUSHPA only uses the individual responses in connection with our site. We do not share responses with, or make the list of Focus Group members available to, other companies.
Use of Aggregate Data
We share with our partners only non-personal, aggregate statistical information regarding customers, sales, traffic patterns, and site usage. The information is used to help us make better decisions about where and how to advertise our products and service, and to improve our store. PUSHPA works with Link Share Corporation to implement our affiliate program. Link Share shares our commitment to maintaining the privacy of visitors to our store. In order for us to provide an effective affiliate program, we use Link Share's service to track visitors from an affiliate site to our own. We do this so we can compensate affiliate sites for referring sales.
